Jelonet is a sterile paraffin gauze dressing designed to provide a soothing, low-adherent wound contact layer for a variety of wound types. The open-weave gauze is impregnated with soft paraffin, helping to protect the wound whilst minimising adherence and reducing trauma during dressing changes.

Jelonet allows wound exudate to pass through to a secondary absorbent dressing, making it suitable for use as part of a comprehensive wound management regimen.
